Within an ever changing industry, consistency is a must for a stable breeding program.  When making Que Paso, we made the decision to mix a little exotic with a lifetime of "old school".  Que Paso is sired by Swagger and out of a triple bred Mozart doe.  We believe he keeps enough 900 in his pedigree to make them exotic in their kind and enough "old school" meat goat to keep them round and sound.  These are genetics you can build a herd on.
